The EU budget

The coordinating function in connection to EU budget-related issues in particular involves:

• The multiannual financial framework (this task is carried out in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) 
• The annual EU-budget 
• The implementation of the EU-budget, including sound financial management and combating fraud 
• Wages, pensions, and further questions as regards the staff regulations of the EU.
