Centre for corporate management, economics and human resources (KØP)
The centre handles the responsibilities of the Ministry of Finance with respect to develop and support effective forms of management and organisation across the state and across the public sector. KØP also has the responsibility for human resources, the organisational and career development of the employees and the managers of the department.
It includes the strengthening and development of economic management in the state, the municipalities and the regions as well as targets and performance management in the state.
The centre is further responsible for overall management and development of the co-operation between the department and the agencies within the Ministry of Finance and is thus responsible for major strategic projects carried out in collaboration with the agencies.
KØP also carries the responsibility for filing, case management, internal digitalization projects and the overall internal operation.
