7. Division
The division is responsible for budget matters and policy related to the environment, climate, energy and food production.
Within these policy areas, the division deals with matters concerning the national budget, including budget preparation, budget reviews and expenditure analysis. Furthermore, the division prepares decision proposals and implements the national budget in cooperation with the relevant ministries.
The division is responsible for monitoring the budgets of the Ministry of the Environment (§ 23), the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries (§ 24) and Ministry of Climate and Energy (§ 29).
