In Denmark, better regulation is not only a programme on reducing administrative burdens on businesses.
Denmark’s programme on better regulation inside government has shown that it is possible to release substantial resources through reform of regulatory requirements that government imposes on itself.
Denmark’s focus on better regulation inside government, and its longstanding programme on reducing administrative burdens on businesses, has prompted the development of new and innovative ways of addressing the agenda for better regulation. This website presents the methods developed and the results achieved thus far within the three parts of the Danish programme on better regulation:
